We provide factual information and general advice only on general insurance products; we do not provide personal advice. That means the options we present do not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs, and we do not recommend one option over another. You choose the cover, and we arrange it. Before deciding, you should read the Product Disclosure Statement for each option and consider whether the cover is right for your circumstances.
We source quotes from a broad range of trusted Australian insurers and underwriting agencies, using industry platforms and direct relationships. We do not compare every insurer in the market; we approach the insurers we consider suitable for the cover you have asked us to arrange, and we tell you which insurers quoted and which declined. Every option is presented in writing with the insurer's full quote schedule and Product Disclosure Statement.
We may receive commission from the insurer when a policy is placed. Where we charge a broker fee, it is shown as its own line in your offer before you accept. Details of our remuneration are set out in our Financial Services Guide, and you can ask us about it at any time.
