As well as retrieving the bank statements, InvestmentLink™ will gather up to 12 months of transaction data and provide a detailed analysis across all key spending categories.

How does it work?

It couldn’t be any easier. We’ll generate an invite for you to provide your statements. You will receive an email and SMS to begin the process on your desktop or device.

Within a few clicks, you'll be securely connected to your bank accounts. The Fync finance team will receive 12 months' statements for each account and a detailed living expense analysis for your loan application.

Is it secure?

Yes. InvestmentLink™ uses the highest levels of security and bank-level encryption. Your credentials are permanently deleted as soon as the statements are sent to us. However, if you are still concerned, you can update your internet banking passwords after you have finished connecting your accounts.

Why do you need my bank login information?

We need online banking usernames and passwords to establish a secure connection with the bank, credit union or credit card company. This enables us to download statements automatically and securely.

How do you protect the usernames and passwords?

All personal information is entered through Secure Socket Layer (SSL/TLS), creating an encrypted connection between your browser and our servers. This information is always encrypted. This means all account passwords and user IDs are protected like your bank.

How is the account information protected during transmission?

Data transmission is protected using industry-recognised encryption standards, such as 256-bit. Passwords are always transmitted and stored in an encrypted format. This means all information is secure during transmission.
